  My experience has with these solicitors has not been good. My father passed away a month ago and my 91 year old mother sent the death certificate and a written authority to release his will. We heard nothing for almost 2 weeks, not even a confirmation that they had received her instructions. When I phoned the person that I had originally spoken to, and to whom the letter was addressed, she knew nothing of it. The letter had been sitting on someones desk for all that time and no action had been taken. I was told that they were very busy and had lots of other cases they were dealing with...........Despite several phone calls my mother has still not received the will. They are not returning my calls and requested that my mother calls at the office with identification before the will can be issued. My mother lives in Suffolk which they would be aware of, if they had bothered to look at her file; she informed them of the change of address several years ago. Their office is in Stroud, Gloucestershire - do they really expect a 91 year woman to travel 230 miles? I would certainly not recommend these solicitors and I have given them one star because it is not permitted to give no stars.
